It is for this reason that we ensure that all of our team members go through nationwide criminal history and sex offender checks before being hired.

Is Kangaroo Kleaning Service Insured?

Yes! Our General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance ensure that our customers are protected. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request.

What Days and Hours Do We Work?

We provide service to our customers Monday - Friday. Our team normally leaps into action after 5:00 p.m, and continues working until the job is complete! If your business needs cleaning on weekends, just mention this to us during your consultation and we can discuss the possibilities!

How Many People Are Dispatched for Cleanings?

We normally send two team members to service each site, but the number of team members dispatched for cleaning depends entirely on the size of your office. At Kangaroo Kleaning Service, we cater to the specific needs of our customers.

What supplies/equipment do Customers Provide?

We provide all of the supplies and equipment necessary, except trash can liners and paper products.

What happens if something is damaged or broken while cleaning?

Accidents can happen when you least expect them! Kangaroo Kleaning Service can assume no liability for damage due to pictures hung securely, items with unstable bases, items not secured properly, etc. We recommend that figurines, glassware, and items of sentimental value be cleaned by the customer. It’s best to ensure the office knows of those items so we can inform our team that they should not clean/touch these items. If an item is broken by one of our team members, please report it to our office immediately at (318) 741-5905. We ask our customers to save any broken items for us to inspect. Our team members are also asked to notify us of damages. However, if for any reason the damage is not reported and you notice it first, please do not hesitate to contact us.
