How do I get started?

Why is a Startup Cleaning required?
Recurring service works best when it begins from a clean, maintainable standard. The startup clean addresses accumulated soil and neglected detail work before the normal schedule begins.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Your proposal identifies the included labor, routine cleaning supplies, and any client-provided consumables such as paper products or hand soap.
Do you clean medical offices?
Yes. We provide non-clinical environmental cleaning for medical and eye clinics, including exam rooms, sinks, counters, cabinetry, floors, restrooms, waiting areas, glass, and high-touch surfaces. Regulated biohazard and medical-waste handling are excluded unless specifically contracted through qualified services.
What is Premium Healthcare+?
It is a higher-detail recurring option for medical and image-conscious facilities. It can include scheduled full interior-glass cleaning, weekly wood and millwork detailing, monthly high dusting and vent care, and a white-glove final presentation review.
Do you offer floor care?
Yes. Services may include stripping and waxing, scrub and recoat, burnishing, tile and grout cleaning, carpet extraction, sealing, and restoration.
How quickly will I receive a proposal?
After the walkthrough and confirmation of the facility details, we prepare and email a customized scope and pricing proposal.
